I was able to stay cool during hot summer days. My only warning for future customers is to bring earplugs if noisey nights are an issue. Emergency vehicles are across the street and many motorcycles like to make extra noise as they drive by. But that is not the fault of the B&B. "This is a cute 60-year old Japanese house tucked away in a funky part of Yokohama filled with small bars (including my favorite jazz bar). The home has been remodeled in a way that keeps the charm of the old house, but has the conveniences of a modern international hotel (easy shower, Toto, speedy wifi). They also are great hosts and have a nice small lobby where people can hang out. The rate is very reasonable and personable compared with a capsule hotel. "
