“We had so much fun! The location of this property could not have been better. We toured the Mall, Smithsonian museums, The Capitol, saw Helicopter one land and take off from the White House and even went to a Nats baseball game. Metro station was within a couple of blocks and made it so easy to get around! The apartment was comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two couples.”

“Don’t miss your opportunity to rent this apartment on your visit to Washington D.C. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the Iwo Jima memorial and Arlington Cemetary. The metro stop is 3/10 of a mile down the street. There are bar/restaurants on Wilson which is a block away from the apartment. “A lovely flat with lots of windows and comfortable surroundings. Caroline was easy to reach and very helpful. She even ran over a baby gate for the two-year-old in our group. Only comment would be that the "double beds" in the living room was a recliner couch that really didn't work well as a bed. There was an air mattress available, but our twenty-something chose to sleep on the couch as is. The P6 bus was right outside the door and got us around well.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and even smelled nice! NJay was a great host and easy to communicate with. I stayed for a little over 2 weeks by myself and felt safe. The parking seems a bit obscure but it was very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and private and not far from most key spots in the DMV.”

“Oh my gosh where to begin. First of all demand the property owner was awesome so very helpful. We felt very lost and he turned us in every right direction.. The property was very cute. We felt very safe walking around the back of the house and going down the basement stairs, which were very few we felt very secluded. The amenities were a lot more than what we were expecting.
