Avoid this place at all cost. Unclean, unsafe, dirty in the room and bathroom, broken dresser, and stains im the walls. We took 5 minutes to realize it was bad and the person in the front counter said I'll be refunded. 2 weeks later nothing, only excuses.

The bed was not made properly, along with being dirty. the shower was never cleaned. We asked for it to be cleaned and they denied any service. We then asked for a discount or refund and that was also denied. While the housekeepers were in our room they called us stupid. The owner was not helpful nor understanding. Unfortunately due to the owners accent it was very hard to understand him.

The location of this hotel was its one redeeming quality. This hotel is clearly very old and shows its age. It is not well kept and not clean. There was mold and mildew in the shower, stains on the chairs, and cigarette butts on the outside patio. On the whole, I did not want to touch anything in the room.

I wish I could include the photos I took. Under multiple stairwells and hallways were dilapidated furniture discarded in piles. Once we entered our non smoking room we were met with a strong odor of pot. The bathroom walls and floor had piles of mystery hair stuck on them. The tub and surround were covered with mildew and stained with years of neglect, and more hair. The faucet was broken so each time you turned it on, it leaked onto the counter… which was fine because the sink drain was partially clogged so you had to use the faucet in short spurts before it completely filled. The walls had mystery stains. I made the mistake of looking up to be met with more mold and a fan covered in an amazing amount of dust. As I moved into the room the fridge had more mystery stains inside of it. The floor had visible sand, food, and pet stains. I can’t even explain what was going on with the walls in a way that could accurately capture it. Imagine if you took a Great Dane with a habit of wiping its face on the wall…. Was it saliva? Was it dog snot? The furniture was heavily water, pet, and frat boy looking type damaged… The bed was sitting on a plywood base instead of a box spring making it the world’s hardest mattress. By the time we got to the bottle cap, cigarette butt filled patio, it had one filthy patio chair, my husband was trying to bring levity to the situation by saying helpful things like,”Try to remember men slept in the trenches in WW2.” The manager didn’t care.
