"I stayed here for 8 days. Interruption of water supplies caused me to change rooms abruptly. At first I don't understand from the front desk and just hope they can resume water supplies on next day; but the front desk is a bit impolite and said: "you are not listening to me, I said... blah blah blah." I just expected Holiday Inn's brand has courtesy and helpful service but it is not. Compared with my last stay in Hotel Garden Inn by Hilton, it was much better. Luckily the breakfast is just 10 USD and it is nice."
