“The Flagship is a very nice hotel the rooms are so big and spacious the rooms look like studio apartments I love the balcony overlooking the beach it’s a lovely scenery the swimming pool is beautiful ”

We had some major concerns that we expressed to the property owner and have been noted in previous reviews. Communication was open before and after our stay but not during. “My wife and I enjoyed our mini-vacation anniversary getaway at The Surf! Although it was self-service, they were available by phone to resend my code. We definitely would stay again, and if I had to make one suggestion, it would be a stronger WiFi because we were not able to watch tv without frequent buffering.
