"This home was definitely comfortable for a large group. Had all the amenities that we needed. Each room was comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us in a timely manner. Great quiet location and close to the beach. There’s parking right in front of the house. I highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with a large group. Thank you again for your hospitality."

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"Expectations versus realizations. I personally enjoyed the home as it is clean and cozy. Nothing extravagant but nice for the money. My sister was not quite as happy as she thought the carpets were not as clean as she thought they should be and one of the beds was damaged and not really useable. There was a foldout bed that did save the day but not the most comfortable. Overall small deficiencies but the stay was nice. A comfortable quiet location."

"Our group of eight, ages 7–78, had a wonderful weeklong stay. The house is spacious, with great views and multiple balconies. The kitchen appliances were all new and worked well. Community is right off of main highway (traffic audible) at end of a short, dead end street with a few homes, businesses, warehouses or other metal buildings and parking lots with commercial vehicles - not inviting, comfortable vacation environs. Listing is accurate about it being in a waterfront condo community, but is a very small community of 5 or 6 condos with no services or real proximity to any and zero green...
