"I have just come back to Melbourne and looked at my bank statement and I have been overcharged for parking $5 per day. On wotif it’s advertised as $10 and I was charged $15 per day. Also our room was never serviced and we stayed 2 nights however it’s advertised it’s done daily. Neat, clean and tidy apartment -"

"Located on a quiet street, not far from the steps that take you down to Toowoon Bay Beach. Loved the accommodation, which was very clean with a beautiful garden. We will definitely stay here again."

"What a lovely little stay by the beach. The unit was well appointed and was plenty big enough for two adults. A very pretty unit with a fabulous deck surrounded by palm trees and a view of the pool. Definitely a little slice of paradise. A short stroll to the beautiful Mona Vale beach. Great place for a swim or just to take in the view. Short stroll into town. "The apartment is ideally located opposite the lake and boatshed. The views are stunning. The roof top penthouse was a treat with the jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. "The property was not clean. The carpet and the rugs were stained. Not vacuumed properly either Crumbs of bread or toast on the couch. Had to vacuum them off when l arrived. Tiles in kitchen not clean. Windows on sliding doors dirty. Looking through the glass doors with a haze. Cistern on the toilet cracked in 3 places. Used Toothpaste all screwed up in the bathroom cupboard. Also used shampoo and conditioner in the same cupboard. Someone had left it behind. Shelves in the bedroom dirty. Marks on...

"Nice and handy to everything very peaceful "

"We stayed during the heavy rains. Expected we could enjoy the peace and the pelicans... But alas Jack Hammers all day next door spoiled that for us. Appears that this will be long term. So recommend that you check with the host about that. Great location, Pelicans on the water were always mesmerising. Host was responsive and friendly."
