My Mother was having open heart surgery the day after we checked in. The Staff that was on duty were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had every thing we needed. The even changed the sheets so she could come back to fresh sheets, got her ice.

We were given a room that wasn't cleaned but was then goven an upgraded room so it was okay to us. Complimemtary breakfast was a definite bonus with better-than-expected choice of continental breakfast items. Overrall, not bad but the attitude of the staff was below par and needs better training.

We got a kind suite and our no doesn't have a window. The window would be helpful to air out the room of the foul smell. The staff is friendly.

We cannot say enough good things about this property. Extremely clean room, comfortable bed, very quiet. We were very impressed with Adam at the front desk who was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable...he did everything above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Highly recommend this property!
