We were very pleased with the room because it was equiped with everything we need from kitchen appliances/utensils to our own washer/dryer. The little dining space was really cozy that we prefer to have takeaway food on some nights! The location was perfect being surrounded by conbinis and just several minutes away to a subway and JR line station. The only downside would be that the bidet function in the toilet wasn’t working properly and that the hot water didn’t go as hot as other hotels I’ve been to in Osaka and Kyoto.

The only reason for my low rating is the cleanliness. The rooms are soooo dusty! You can see a thick layer of dust on the blinds. My entire family (allergic to dust) had to live on allergy medication the entire stay because it was just so dusty on the blinds and in the vents. They really need to do a better job on cleaning the hotel.

This is a very convenient place to stay for visiting Tokyo. It's in a relatively quiet location, but within very easy walking distance to some major transport hubs like Daimon station. It's also very close to the Tokyo Tower and the interesting park around it. We arrived at around 10am on the day of check in to drop our bags and we were expecting to have to return at 3pm check in time. But to my surprise they let us in the room early for no charge which was super awesome and super nice! I was travelling with a young family so this was a great relief. The entire week we were there felt safe and while we were there it felt as though this was our own apartment in Tokyo. The staff at the front helped us order taxis and were always approachable. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.
