The AC in the room was loud and didn't work as expected from our last visit. Sounds like the compressor is going bad. At checkout the attendant had nothing to say about nor did he offer anything while I was asking other than check with Expedia.

Honestly, one of the best hotels we have stay in and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast is very extraordinary for a hotel continental!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the highway. The bath soap dispenser was on empty ( I discovered this while I was already in the shower). I alerted the Front Desk clerk and he politely offered me a full bottle to replace the empty one. Breakfast offerings needed some attention e.g boiled eggs were so cold, the fruits were soggy and pastries were old. Not the usual Hampton Inn standard.

I am sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. Rooms all go through inspections so I will address this with our housekeeping supervisor as far as the soap. Our boiled eggs come from 3rd party and are served cold and kept on cold packs to maintain freshness. The fruit is purchased fresh and put out daily so that surprises me. I will definitely bring that to the attention of our attendant possibly added to much juice in it. The pastries also are brought out fresh daily so I will check on this with our food company.
Easy access from the interstate. When we arrived we received room key cards that didn’t work, went back downstairs, they were rekeyed, still didn’t work. Finally, the third time worked. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff nice.
