"This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). "We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"My Husband and I spent 3 nights here over memorial weekend and it was a very nice stay! I was under the impression that the condo faced the beach but it does not. Which wasn't a huge deal but probably the only very minor thing I would have preferred to have is an ocean view from the property (first world problems 😂). Other than that there are no complaints at all! Phone service is very spotty, make sure you ask for the wifi password! I didn't think to ask when it wasn't listed in the info at...

The condo had everything we could ever need or want and was super clean. The complex is in the perfect location close to restaurants and stores yet right on the beach. "Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."
