“Thank you for giving us an incredible home base for exploring Texas Hill Country! We loved all the spaces for gathering, inside and out. Renting both the "main house" and the Casita for my parents gave them plenty of privacy, which was wonderful. We adored petting and feeding Espresso, Latte, Lorenzo, and even Miss Cookie the cow! For the bird watchers among us, it was a thrill to watch a crested cara cara fly right over the house as we sat on the comfy couch on the patio! We enjoyed the hot tub……

“Peaceful place in the country. Very clean and comfortable. If you need WiFi- this isn’t the place for you. There is a gate that you have to get out to open and close each time, an electric key pad and automatic gate would be nice, especially when it’s raining. “We were two couples, so the two ensuite King bedrooms were perfect. The house is adorable with everything you could need for cooking and the property on the river is gorgeous! We enjoyed walking in the area, made a campfire in the fire pit, used the barbeque grill, and played with the games in the lush backyard.There was great seating in the backyard.The area was quiet, but still walking distance to town. “This house is absolutely adorable, it has so much character and charm. I've stayed at tons of rental houses but this truly felt like staying in the guest house of a good friend - it is so well appointed, has everything you need, and is really spacious. Rethann is such a sweet and considerate host that goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcomed. The house is tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. There was plenty of room for us all and we stayed busy with all of the amenities like basketball, shuffle board, swimming pool, fire place, and the animals that stay on the property. The backyard has a a great view over the 10 acre property. Would recommended to anyone looking to stay in this area!”

“This place is full of love and you can feel it from the moment you step foot on the front porch. This rustic charm was great for a team of missionaries serving those in chains. We had team builders and unplugged and rested and it all felt so great and peaceful. The beds here were truly so comfortable according to everyone that stayed, not just me.
