Our stay was great! The room was clean and was surprisingly large. The location of the hotel was perfect, We loved the fact that we were just steps away from the beach. The only complaint I have was the parking lot was not the best and sometimes we had to park far.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay, great room with a jacuzzi tub. The staff was great except in a few area's. First item was the security gaurd who refused to let us out of the hotel to the pool even though I showed my room key card, he said go back and put on you wrist bands before you can pass to the pool. There was not kind approach to his statement, no smile, no customer service skills at all. My wife and I are in our early 60s and would be much happier if we had been treated with just a little respect from this guy. The second item was the fire alarm testing during out stay, staff sent out no warning of the testing but they could send out text to tell you that happy hour had began each day at the pull. The front desk staff was great and so was the cleaning staff. Other than what I mentioned the week we stayed was great, just don't forget the wrist band when you head to the pool or the pool police will get you. 🤔

If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, no frills getaway on the beach this is a great option. The property is not new and fancy but it was very clean and freshly repainted. Staff was very nice, happy hour bar rates were reasonable, and poolside access for food and beverages was a plus. The boardwalk to the beach was convenient, easier than trudging through the sand all the way. The pool had a separate kid-size play / water feature area and sufficient seating in both the sun and shade. The room was large but our room had a view of a parking lot and the balcony was very small. If you don’t want to pay for a beachfront room the rooms on the left side of the hotel offer a slightly better view, especially the closer to the beach you get. There is a $4/day resort fee charged to the room that is not disclosed. Parking is free and was sufficient, check in was easy. Hotel offers a discount on some local excursions.

The property has two pools one that appears to be designated for children. Unfortunately the main pool was overrun with kids and the patio area is quite small so we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub during our stay.

The hotel is clean and in a very good shape, completely recommend it to stay and add the breakfast with it. The complimentary breakfast coffee was horrible i highly recommend going downstairs and buy a Starbucks from the lobby.

We had to ask for more towels when they would come in and take them, toilet paper and wash cloths. Floors were not swept during each time they cleaned room nor were the beds made fully. Alot of trash on hallway carpets. It was an ok stay but really hard to ask for things.

Hotel was right by the beach. Loved the breakfast in the morning. It’s a nice open breakfast space and doesn’t get too crowded. Well-stocked. The omelette station and breakfast tacos were a special treat. The staff works incredibly hard to make this a nice stay for everyone. There were some minor issues in our room (dripping faucet and intermittent light switch in the bathroom). They offered to fix it right away, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience and we only stayed 5 nights. It would have been nice if there was recycling available at the hotel. Probably a regional thing.

This is not a place to stay for a single individual. This is more of a family kid place. Save yourself the time. You can literally hear every foot step from above you, in the next room, and every thing when people are running and laughing in the halls. Staff were friendly. It was clean. But do yourself a favor. If you’re trying to have a nice restful vacation. Pay out the money and choose a better hotel that has thicker walls.
