"A group of my family members, all adults rented the house for BayFest weekend, the house was very clean, perfect size for all of us, plenty of sleeping space, stocked with plenty of trashbags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The backyard was the perfect size, two of the chairs outside were broken, but we did bring camping chairs so there was enough seating.
