"The rooms are cozy, clean and a nice size. The property is a 6 minute walk to and from the Shibuya Train Station. We took the “limousine bus” to and from the airport from the front of the hotel. So convenient when bringing a bunch of luggage."

"The bed in the room was uncomfortable and the ladder to the loft was dangerous. Room was expensive for what it was. Otherwise, hotel facilities (lobby, staff, etc.) were nice. "

"The rooms were great and spacious for Japanes hotels. The washing machine came in handy too. Recommend staying here if you don’t mind a walk to the station. If it’s just food and shopping you want it’s a great spot and you can find that with a few minutes. The staff are next level Japanese awesomeness. Very kind and helpful. "

"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a friendly and helpful staff. It’s a short walk to Shibuya Station so you can travel easily all around the Tokyo area by subway, train, and bus. We got a room with a wash/dryer and a balcony. "

"The staffs are friendly and the location is amazing. It is close to a lot of different shopping centers, dining places, and transportation hubs. The room can be a little small but we are okay with that since we were not in our room a lot. Would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo. "
