“The condo was lovely with amazing amenities. Very quiet but it was too far from trails, eateries, and other things to do. Had to drive everywhere and there was no view but there was a nice deck.Again very nice but just didn’t include some of the logistics I had hoped for. This was not our first time at Canaan but our first time at this property. Beware, there are steps from parking lot to unit but condo is one floor.”

“I didn’t realize this condo was on a ski resort but that honestly made it a pretty cool experience. It wasn’t far from downtown Davis, there was a place to grab groceries less than 15min away and they left out free kcups and there are a lot of cookware, seasonings and the jets in the bathtub were very relaxing. “Our room was clean and had all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortale and the fresh mountain air was just what we needed to clear our heads on a much needed stress reducing weekend getaway. “This room was an incredible value and was spotless when we arrived. Cameron, the property owner was very responsive, and check in was very easy. The room has a great view of Timberline when it's lit up at night. It's only about 10 minutes from Davis and the slopes. The Jacuzzi was great after a day of skiing. “We enjoyed our four-day stay at Timberline. Although we didn't have a chance to meet with a property manager, we thought our place was well-maintained and clean. It's close to Seneca Rocks (our primary destination), Dolly Sods, Smoke Hole Cavern, and Blackwater Falls. Since the property has a kitchen, a laundry facility, a grill, and a brazier, it's better than staying at a hotel. We recommend this property for a family. “Overall this property was nice. It is very convenient to walk to the slopes (100 yard walk). Reserved parking spaces makes it very easy to upload your belongings. Place was generally very clean with the exception of a few pots that needed to be cleaned prior to cooking and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was caked with dust so we were unable to turn on the fan to get air circulating. However, all in all I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great mountain getaway property. It was cozy and had all the furnishings we needed for a long weekend. The pet friendly unit was perfect to take our dog and we were very comfortable. The layout with the kitchen connected to cozy living room eith fireplace was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Others have mentioned the toilet not flushing properly which was a concern, but as long as we held the handle down longer it wasn't a big problem. “Two families of 4 stayed for 3 nights while skiing at Canaan Valley. The townhouse was well stocked and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The fireplace was a welcome addition after skiing all day. A baseboard heaters were not working and we called maintenance who responded promptly and fixed it in no time. “Our stay went well. The condo was a bit outdated, but it was clean and was fine for us. Everything we needed was in the condo. The Kuerig coffeemaker did leak, but there was a Mr. Coffee, so we were fine. The only thing i would change, qould be the AC. We could not get the temp below 74. It was not unbearable, but it was warmee than we wanted.”

“We had a relaxing trip. When we arrived Crystal had hid 72 eggs all around the property. The kids, even the teenagers, loved it after travelling in the car. The cabin is so neat and vintage. We made Lego flowers, clay creations, enjoyed porch sitting and Yokums hot dogs are the very best! We had a wonderful Easter dinner in the kitchen. The day after Easter we toured Smokehole Caverns. We made memories that we will never forget.”

Deplorable
"Terrible es poco. No tengo fotos de la habitación porque preferí irme a otro hotel a pesar de haberlo pagado y tenerme que desplazar otra hora y media. Está en un estado lamentable, muy viejo, la moqueta raída, la habitación huele fatal y el plato de ducha estaba desconchado. Para colmo, la recepcionista era muy borde y desagradable, algo muy poco habitual en EEUU, que suelen ser muy amables, al menos en mi experiencia personal y ya es la tercera vez que visito el país. No entiendo las buenas valoraciones. Encima el precio es carísimo para lo que ofrecen."
