"The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value."

The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise."

I’m going to be completely honest to anyone who may visit Chicago, the area we stay used to be pretty good, and just eight months it has gotten noticeably unsafe.
