"The room (really, 1 bedroom apartment) was FANTASTIC. It was clean and spacious. Instead of seeing a bit of Santiago, we actually decided to stay in, cook dinner, and enjoy a bottle of wine on the huge balcony overlooking the Providencia neighborhood. We got our best night's sleep of a two week trip in the super comfortable bed. However, note that this rental is NOT a traditional hotel. "This hotel was a bit out of the way. It’s about a 20 walk to the nearest mall (where I took the hop on/hop off bus. But I walked around the the nearby restaurants by myself (female) and never once felt unsafe. The staff were really great and the room was really clean and comfortable. Totally recommend if you don’t mind being away from the action."

"Our original room was having bathroom issues so Vasily, the landlord, upgraded us to a better room at no additional cost. He even offered a ride across town and advice on activities. Customer service at its best. New room was beautiful, clean, and provided a most amazing view of Santiago and the Andes. Absolutely recommended!"
