This was not the experience I was expecting. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. It was supposed to have been renovated but the bathroom door wouldnt close and knobs were missing off the stove top. Its sounded like they were putting in floors in the room above as there was loud banging in the room above at all times of the night, in addition to the footsteps that sounded like they were literary walking on ceiling. It seemed there were many transients housed there and human trafficking was mentioned by the front desk. Trash from fast food was left in stairwell. Didn't have a good feel of safety or feel comfortable leaving items in room while gone. All in all, it was not a good experience and certainly not worth the money paid to stay there.

This property was not clean, dirty sheets, not enough towels, kitchen wash clothes and towels used as bath towels, no pots, dishes or utensils in the kitchenette. The room had a strange odor and the air conditioning did not work well. There was only one person working the entire facility and she was not able to do everything. She was very polite and tried to keep up, but this place needs more staff. This place is not unkept and definitely not worth $183 a night. Do not book to stay here.

The only thing good about the property was the receptionist Brittney who was trying her best to fix all problems. I asked to switch rooms as the first one was dirty. Stains on comforter and floor hadn’t been swept. Brittney apologized and swiftly switched my room only to find that one had a stained comforter as well. The hallways smelled and felt stuffy and needed some much needed vacuuming. We only stayed 1 night as we were in town for an early graduation. I would not recommend this hotel at all even for a couple hours stay. Totally not worth the money at all especially with them price gauging due to it being graduation weekend.

Not a pleasant smell and there were several things not in working order. We could not log into WiFi, blow dryer not working, not enough towels even though we asked when we made the reservation and remote to TV didn't work. It was quiet enough to get decent sleep and staff was friendly.

The property had the earmarks of a recently built facility. Thus, the normal wear and tear one would expect wasn't there. The floors were grimy and, for an extended stay hotel, there were absolutely no amenities except for wrapped slivers of soap and a few towels. My dog had an accident in the hallway. When I went to clean it up, the paper towel picked up filth. Unless you are a pet owner, I would not recommend this hotel.

As soon as we got to property employees were smoking outside, we waited until they finish to help us check in (we figured they were on break so all good) we got a non smoking room, they put us on 3rd floor, all rooms had a non smoking sign on door, as soon as we walked in the room the smell of cigarettes was impregnated in the room, went to asked to please be moved and they told us there was no availability to wait until the next day ( we paid for 2 nights) the next day my kids woke up with a headache, went to look for people to change rooms no one was there, we had to go to do things so we left, came back at around 1pm and asked to be moved, there was no availability… went to the room to change and there were 2 roaches on the walls… grab our stuff and left had to pay at another hotel cause we couldn’t stand one more night there after that… we went to check out and all employees were smoking outside in the picnic table… I did send an email with my complaint requesting for my money back I have pictures (also from roaches) or they can check cameras ( if they have) WILL NEVER RETURN THERE thats for sure

We had reserved a non-smoking room but this room clearly had smokers in it. We checked in late after 10:30 (after a 14 hour day of driving and activities) so I was too tired to go back and ask for another room. We just wanted to sleep. I slept with my head under the covers so that with the smoking smell a little. My daughter used the shower and watered leaked all over the floor, and she say a piece of hair on the door knob. Otherwise, it was a quiet area. The room had ample space for us.

Pros: Good quiet neighborhood, nice clean outdoor appearance, convenient location, affordable price. Cons: Internet not working, foot-stomping on above floor annoying, hallway carpet dark and dirty, one ice machine out of three floors will only fill the ice bucket seven ice cubes multiple times I tried to fill up, side door opening without card key.

People were fighting when you walked up to the property with kids around. The front desk person was no where to be found. Waited like 30 mins to finally get checked In only to walk into our room with it smelling like smoke. Pillows looked like someone had been laying on them and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. Over all bad experience and most studio 6 I’ve stayed at have been pretty decent. This one was horrible!

It was the WORST experience ever! People were smoking marijuana right outside the front doors. The rooms and hallways smelt like marijuana. So disgusting! People stomping around all night long. And upon leaving I walked right past an open used syringe. It was miserable!

Unfortunately we made reservations for my father and sister prior our wedding day and i have to say from the moment i walked in we knew that they won’t enjoy their stay. Place was not clean, refrigerator was not working and the surroundings weren’t safe. My father was approached by a stranger and asked if he could have share a blanket. Won’t recommend it.

Nothing I liked. First had trouble even opening the door to room, then bathtub had huge crack and hump almost slipped and fell, then the bathroom was dirty u could see the dirt, had kids running all night from 1130pm to 330am, staff did nothing, I didnt sleep, ended up checking out early, was suppose to be 2 night stay checked out next day at about 730am, now have to wait to see if i get my money back or not. The staff even said its a family that lives there and there kids are always doing that. If they know this why arent they doing something about it. Wife was so upset she wanted to leave and was tired due to lack of sleep. WORST STAY AND HOTEL EVER.

This hotel is great for a short, budget friendly stay. It is not the most comfortable but based on the category it’s in it gives a little more than expected. The room was sizable and very clean, and even had a little kitchenette with a full size fridge. Also, the staff was attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant overnight trip for my family of three.
