I really loved the friendly service and greeting when we arrived. Staff was welcoming and I loved that they do guest of the day. It was just such a great experience and really clean/peaceful. The gym was good too.

Got a bottle of wine and room upgrade with the Expedia VIP status. Little Italy and downtown were conveniently walkable. The staff was very accommodating and generous to turn the coffee maker on early for us! Bed was a little soft for my liking but I understand different people would prefer that.

The valet was super friendly! If the rating was based on them I’d give 5 stars, unfortunately the receptionist were maybe 2 stars when it came to helpfulness. A/C didn’t work so it got really hot in the room this is really just a hotel you’d get it you’re planning a trip last minute, Also called and asked for more pillows and they said they didn’t have anymore even though the hotel was pretty empty. NO bar, pool, restaurants, rooftop, jacuzzi water pressure was pretty bad overall a below average experience
