It worked out very well, with this house being the one everyone gathered at for the great pool area and game room. We bought the pool heat and are glad we did. The location is close to the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean, Orlando for restaurants, Top Golf and shopping. We only used the resort amenities 2x's for pickle ball and once at the largest pool area.
