This was our first time staying at this resort and we loved it. The staff were amazing and the food options were plentiful. The pool and beach were kept very clean and the staff treated us like gold. Every night there was some kind of a show and lots of different activities during the day. Will definitely go back ❤️

Property is nice. The staff do a great job with groundskeeping. The one pool is very rundown. The pool staff do the best they can but multiple times I saw them pouring a chemical sending a plume of smoke blowing into the guests. One of the staff was nice but after walking by me and needing to greet me and high five every time became annoying after the 8th time of the day. He kept looking in my bag to see if I needed water. Dude leave me alone! The restaurants were annoying with the no reservation system. It is first come first serve. A few times I tried to get in and was told to come back in 45 minutes. I ended up mostly dining at the buffet which was decent with a good selection. The rooms are rustic and outdated. There were electrical outlets next to the bed but difficult to reach. The only truly accessible outlet was in the bathroom. The shower lip is not sufficient so showering meant using every towel to mop up the overflow. The door handle was broken entering from the balcony so I had to keep the door slightly ajar to reenter. The beach is beautiful and the location is convenient to the airport. Will be back to Punta Cana but not to this resort. It reminded me of a Hojo’s or Motel 6. I have stayed at better but this was one of the worst.

The beach is beautiful, one of the best spots in Punta Cana. There are dozens of food options, and it's great to have access to the nearby resort. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working, which was not ideal.

Although the staff is friendly and accomidating, they could be more helpful and provide more information during the check in process. The rooms are ...ok at best. Rock hard beds, tiny toliet stall. Water dropped from the ceiling in bathroom and entry. Everything felt damp due to the high humidity. Aside from that, the food was decent, drinks and most bar staff were great. The entertainment team were the best part. For the price its a good but if luxury is what you are looking for pass on this resort. NOTE: There is ALOT of hassling and hustling from time share and vendors on the resort.

We spent 4 nights at Punta Cana Princess and had a fantastic experience! The room was cozy and clean; the beach was incredibly beautiful and peaceful; and the dining options were great. We ended up never leaving the resort, as it was always entertaining - the evenings always had an event, like live music. We'd definitely come back!

I wish I could have had a better stay at this property, staff needs training, it seems like everyone is lost there. The customer service is awful, I had to change rooms due to a noisy A/C no one apologized, next room fridge wasn't working and it was never fixed after I called, the room key did not work at least 4 times and had to go be replaced... In restaurants staff is very rude, do not expect manners from the employees, to be honest I was astonished this is the very first time this happens to me in any resort. Also if you are young and trying to have a good time do not go here, there is no music in the pool or fun activities, entertainers do not entertain anyone. Only decent thing was the food.

First time in this resort and the reason why we book is because it is small and by reading other reviews it met our expectations. I enjoyed how quiet and relaxing our experience was… for guests that want the party theme can go to the sister resort but the resort itself also has games and music in the pool area . The food variety was good…there is something for everyone. Our room was always clean with fresh towels and mini fridge filled up. The staff is amazing! Hard working people , always with a smile and ready to make our stay comfortable. We will be going back.

The rooms really need to be updated and the Buffay food was the same day after day and was not served hot. But the beach is beautiful and the grounds themselves are kept very nice. I enjoyed my time there. It’s my second time there.
