Overall we had a good 4 nights at this resort. The facility itself is beautiful and it sits on a beautiful beach. Cons: Breakfast buffet by lobby is terrible the meat is very questionable. Lunch at the buffet by lobby is the same. I suggest going to buffet by beach they had great options. DO NOT eat at the “burger” shake by the pool. Worst burger I’ve ever had again meat is questionable. Dinner: the dinners you make reservations for are amazing! But the dinner buffet is terrible. Just look forward to your reservations all day :). Customer service is not a top priority here, especially if you’re an American. The beach is beautiful but every 3 minutes someone is coming up to you to sell something. Just say no right away. Facility does need updates but honestly for the price I think this is a good get away. I wouldn’t stay an entire week.
