“Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. ”

“Hotel is fine, clean, pool and pool bar are nice enough, friendly staff working there. WiFi is horrid, do not count on it to work correctly. Overall, it's worth the money for a budget priced hotel in a resort area. We will likely stay there again. ”

“Only negatives i have for the property is that our bed was way too hard for my tastes. And that breakfest buffet on the adult only side was not open so we had to deal with kids first thing inbthe morning. Other then those two the resort was phenomenal. ”

“Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about……

“Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)”

“The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms could use a little updating but were very clean. Housekeeping did amazing! They were very attentive and the concierge was great as well. The onsite Dr was nice but needed to be clear on basic payment practices. Lots of room for improvement on her part. “Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. Highly recommended this hotel. Also the pool is nice for very hot days. Room was clean and comfortable, Air conditioning worked great and staff changed bed sheets and cleaned every day ”
