5/5 Excellent
"WONDERFUL staff and LUXURIOUS accommodations make The Benson a MUST stay in downtown Portland. Palm Court Restaurant & Bar was a favorite for its food and friendly service.
Despite not having bell service available (still scratching my head on that one), The Benson's sheer beauty and accommodating staff certainly make up for that lack of service. The location, while convenient, does provide cause for pause as there is boarded up property, graffiti, and some homeless nearby."

"My stay has been very good. I appreciate the kitchen items including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwashing since I cooked dinner on the cooktop one night.
It’s a great location if you are going to the Portland University hospital buildings since it is a 10 minute walk from the Aerial Tram
Although as a view from my balcony"

"The parking is convenient. I like the design of the Lobby and the room. Especially the TV is big and easy to see the movies and shows. There was a lady at the front desk who was nice and cute~ I would like to come back to this hotel for my next trip."
