Jonathan, Alex cuidan cada detalle en la mesa En Oriente, desde la llegada Edna te recibe siempre con una sonrisa, Marcos, Adulfo, Fernando siempre amables y la chef Sara hacen un desayuno espectacular. “En arrivant qu’elle n’a pas été notre surprise que notre chambre était une suite toutes les chambres donnent autour de la piscine et non à l’extérieur. Le personnel très sympathique toujours à l’écoute grande piscine avec assez de place pour tout le monde pas loin de la plage avec un petit bar très très sympa. Nous on va y revenir en fin d’année. ”

“I liked the food and bar staff. One thing I don’t like is the room bathroom did not have vent and spray so it was very stinky and hot. Our room cleaning isn’t done everyday even though we put the sign out and when we were back in the room late afternoon room still isn’t clean. The room service food is limited and not good. ”

“Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.”

“Muy buen hotel, solo los tiempos de espera para cenar especialmente en los restaurantes cerca de la playa estan muy prolongados. Tambien los helados estan limitados en sabor y los eventos si llegas antes no puedes comer hasta la hora establecida”

“This is without a doubt my favorite hotel in the world. The staff is so friendly. The grounds are stunning. The services are phenomenal. The spa is 10/10. I’ve never ever had a bad meal here. You owe it to yourself to come back here- I will! This is my third time and it only gets better every time. ”
