Stunning 5 bedroom Luxury home, Pool and Spa, Rooftop Deck beach VIEWS!

Well- appointed Family Beach House

"House is great for adults with all king beds and 1 room with twin beds for kids. Lower floor has 1 king near the twin room for parents or grands who need to be near the kids-- or don' t want so many stairs. Plenty of bathrooms to go around, as well! Clean house and close to the beach. They have a beautiful pool with tropical vegetation. Makes you feel secluded. Outdooor gas grill and 2 tables with seating for eating and then other lounge areas. Well-appointed kitchen has Keurig and regular coffee pot. Would ask for additional kitchen towels as we only had 1 towel and 1 wash rag. They do provide a nice kitchen starter kit with full-size sponge and a few wipes and 2 D/W pods. AC was good and powerful ceiling fans in all rooms. Very comfortable. Thank you for offering your lovely home! Also, AMI Locals, the management, was very helpful for any questions we had along the way!! We enjoyed a wonderful vacation May 2024."

Anniversary Weekend

"This was a surprise get away weekend for my wife and I. I had proposed to her on Anna Maria Island at the Waterfront restaurant seven years ago and it was a chance to go back to where it all started. Unit was as advertised, looked great, and was well furnished. Parking was easy in front. We met Oscar from the company as we arrived and he was super helpful with info! We do have 5 very small, well-behaved dogs that the listing company let us bring. Which was great. Location is ideal and close to the beaches and park. Easy to get to all of the local great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again"

Beachy Boathouse Cottage, 2 BR,1BA, Private Pool, Steps to Beach and Bay

"This was our third stay at Boathouse Cottage and it never disappoints. Stocked with everything you need for your stay. Short stroll to the beach. We love the private pool. The pool is in the sun all day. A lot of the rentals have shaded pool areas which is not what I want coming from the north! We have already booked again for next year, we can’t wait!"

Beautiful Ground Level Home with Heated Pool!

Perfect Location

"The porpertys location is perfect. The beach is a short walk with many beach access roads on the way. We usually went through the beach access roads because it was always quiet with very few people. Convenience store and ice cream shops about 5 minutes away. The pool was clean and warm. They came and cleaned it twice. Only issue we had was on the last day one of the alarms on the window came off and kept beeping. We notified the property management and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable and clean. They had dish washer pods, laundry detergent and dish soap available. Plenty of beach toys and towels at the property. Quiet neighborhood and super friendly neighbors. Property is exactly as described. Couch also pulls out into a bed. There is an outdoor shower and a grill as well. A/c worked perfect, you can have it as cold as you like in there. Laundry machines are pretty new and work like a charm. 10/10 on this place and will definitely be coming back!"
