Me and my friend stayed for 5 days at Sonder and the hotel was so clean, the room was a good size with the option for a cleaning service. The bed was also very comfortable, perfect after a day of walking around in Paris. The convenience of this hotel was perfect with a 3 minute walk to the metro station and restaurants all around. The staff here were also very friendly and advised us on places to go throughout our trip with events that were happening. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Paris!

The property itself is pretty average, very small room and bathroom. Most staff are OK but lacking in welcoming strategies, all but Ines who was very lovely and communicative. Breakfast options poor and overpriced for the options available. Rue le Frochot is a sex city, with loud shouting and entertainment going on until well into the early hours. Sleep was impossible, too noisy to leave door open and too hot, even in January, to leave door shut. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Sonder has done a beautiful & good marketing for their chain of hotels around the world, but they have unfortunately only worked on the images, not that much of the hotels themselves. Or maybe just the Paris one is lacking. A line of things that were considering: - Not what it looks on beautiful pictures- our hotel room was exactly the same one that showed on images, but the photographs look so much better than it actually does. - Our bathroom door fell off in the middle of the night, making our hearts pop off our chests from the scare - Our bathroom light kept blinking and we constantly thought that we are on a disco bar. - AC is just not working. It's either too hot (and I mean sauna hot) or too cold (i mean as cold as a room can be in end of November without heating) - The room stinks like old pipes. And when the AC is on it smells like warm smelly pipes. The AC screen says its time to clean the filter so maybe it's that, but regardless- the room is stinkydi stink. Clean- but stinky. Had to go and buy scented candles to ease it. Will I stay again? No. Kinda want my money back actually.

The area is not good, we did not feel safe, had to pay for breakfast even with a broken coffee machine. There was condensation water dripping from the ac unit right above the entrance door in the room, because the room was so small there was no way to walk around without stepping on it or water falling on the head.

We had a room at the frint of the hotel so it was very noisey due to the music from other bars. The shower was dated and faulty and there was a stain on the hotel carpet. The staff memebers were freindly. However on check out when we were rushing and concerned aboht missing our bus the staff memeber on the desk was untrained and didnt know how to check up out and pay our city tax so we were delayed by 15mins. Maybe take the tax on arrival so not to inconvenience customers
