We stayed 2 nights here and the rooms were spacious and clean. it was walking distance to shopping and multiple dining options. the breakfast was excellent. Front office staff was so kind and friendly. Sergei went above and beyond to help me mail back keys that we accidentally took from our last hotel. I am so grateful for his help.

I did not like the bathtub / shower as the tub was so high and slippery. I have a implanted knee ans was hard to get in and get out.

Sonja checked us in & was SUPERB! She greeted me by name when we walked thru the door. I know it was because I completed the pre-check in process with my passport, but still it was a great way to start the stay! Executive suite was very spacious. I wasn't crazy about the showers, which is why I gave it 4stars instead of 5. I would recommend.

The staff were wonderful - especially Sonia! Very welcoming and excellent customer service. Very convenient location as well! We would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

The hotel is very close to the museums and shopping in center city. The hotel staff was nice and helpful getting transportation/cabs. They said they upgraded our room, but we were put in the basement (garden level)and the elevator to the basement was broken. They did however carry our luggage up and down the stairs for us. On the bright side, I think we were the only guests down there and it was very quiet! Overall the hotel was above average, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully! The breakfast was included and it was good.

Property is dated. Lobby carpets don’t give a clean look. One of the sinks in the bathroom did not drain and was blocked. Bed was ok. Sheets were clean.

Our flight was canceled due to the airlines going on strike me. They refused to cancel my stay and charged me for 3 nights when I didn't stay one night. Awful hotel.

the hotel was convenient and great location close to the Louvre and one block away from metro stop. breakfast in the morning was great and service was excellent. Can' think of anything negative! Strongly recommend this fine hotel!!

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Sonia went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their ice machine had broken down and as she was leaving for the day she took an ice bucket and went out in the rain to a nearby property and got us some ice. Yes in the rain as she was leaving for the day!!! This is just an example of how you’re treated as a guest at this property. We have made friends here! Thank you all for making our honeymoon trip memorable!

We had an excellent stay! The location is right next to the Samaritaine shopping center. The Louvre is about a 5 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants nearby. The entire staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Aemir was a standout! We definitely would stay here again in the future.

Amazing Experience
It was an amazing experience in the heart of Paris. Louvre is just around the corner, subways are very close. And hotel is cery clean with a lovely team. Also their breakfast was really great. Overally this was a perfect stay with our family.

A convenient and practical hotel. Accessible to many food options and very convenient area. The only negative comment is that the hotel needs a refresh...new carpeting and rooms also need a refresh. Everything else was good. The staff was amazing...

The negatives: the hotel lacks charm and is not in an exciting neighborhood. the positives: extremely clean, everything works, the best mattress I have ever slept on, large rooms esp for French hotels, close to the #1 metro which links with every other metro- great transportation, exceptional breakfast for a French hotel but nowhere near as good as a Dutch or German one, friendly staff who are helpful. The question would I go back to this hotel and the answer is YES
