“We stayed at this vacation house for 5 nights over Memorial day weekend. We were immediately taken with the house and property, and truly enjoyed our home away from home. The house is bright and welcoming with nearly the whole house having been recently updated. The hosts thought of every detail and provided loads of items needed for a great vacation at the beach. The quiet street location was ideal for our family. We definitely plan to return!”

“The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!”

“This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds……

“The home was very much as advertised. Nicely appointed with a traditional beach motif. The host was very responsive. The location is central to Portland and Kennebunkport. It also helped that we had great sunny and 70 weather. Walks on the beach everyday.”

“Came for the Wells Coastal half marathon. Place is beautiful and has everything you might need! Walking distance to shop's, restaurants and ocean. Hosts were very available and gracious.”

“Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Perfect location for a long weekend getaway! We were a five minute walk from Perkins Cove, where we enjoyed lovely restaurants, the Marginal Way and a peaceful coastal Maine atmosphere. Gloris and Bernie were friendly, attentive and provided us with a wonderful base for our travels. We hope to be back!!”
