I stayed for 3 nights and I like their clean rooms and environments. The parking space is super small, so therefore not suitable for SUVs and trucks. I will definitely choose the same hotel the next time I visit Ocean City.

I loved everything about the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were also celebrating my sister's birthday. We had a lot of fun, pool was awesome and the hotel location is perfect. Only bad thing I have to say is that since the first day my wife and I entered our room, the room temperature was a little hot due to the a/c being off. We turned on the a/c unit before going out to enjoy ourselves and after coming back about 4 hours later we noticed the room still felt warm. The next morning I called the front desk and informed the gentleman who answered that the a/c was not cooling at all and was told that they were going to send someone right away, which no one came at all to fix it so the wife and I slept in a warm room for the days we stayed there. Still giving a 5 star because the hotel itself was very clean, cleaning lady was very friendly and did a great job cleaning the rooms. Check in was fast and smooth and was easy for my sister to travel around her wheelchair with no problems.

The location is great, walk right out onto the boardwalk, at about the 2 mile mark. The housekeeper we had went above and beyond- she left towel animals every day and took requests from the kids for the next day! Everything was clean. We stayed in a room on the bayside and had beautiful sunset views. Will definitely be back again!

Loved the towel animals that greeted us in our room upon our arrival. Nice touch! Hotel was clean and very convenient to boardwalk and beach. Wonderful ocean view from our balcony. Really nice to have easy access to The Coconut Club for a drink and supper in the evening. Great place to stay on the boardwalk! I would definitely stay here again.

Not bad. Use the set of parking spaces by the candy store if you have an suv, the set directly in front were marked by a leprechaun, very tight.

The room was clean & comfortable. Loved the view from our balcony. It had everything in it we wanted. The staff was accomodating and helpful, especially Fioina who was wonderful and made us feel so special. We are making Park Place our permanent go-to place when ever we come to Ocean City!
