"We enjoyed our weekend stay. Everything was new and clean. It was a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of OCMD. Like other guests, we tried to contact the owner with questions during our stay and got no response. There was also no check out instructions, so we were not sure how they wanted trash and bed linens handled. Everything was great except for communication."

"Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. I gave full stars as the property was beautiful and brand new. Some things I had concerns with was initially getting to the property. When putting in the address, our gps took us down some random road which was only down the street from the actual property. Also, when showering, (the shower was very modern and beautiful) the shower door would slide open and not stay shut for multiple guests that took showers. It also would have been nice to know exactly how to...

"My boyfriend and I were in OCMD for Oceans Calling music festival and wanted to stay somewhere quieter. This cottage was perfect! It was exactly as pictured and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking was a breeze. Our hosts were communicative and so nice. We would definitely stay again!"

"Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage."

From the check-in process, where the property management company made you come in person to get a blank envelope since the door had a keycode, to the ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom there were some minor annoyances but there were also some major issues. 1) in unit B one of the bedrooms did not have heat. If it was summer this may not be an issue but when it is getting down into the 30s at night that means its not a usable room. 2) The bunk beds...

"I don't even know where to begin... for having to pay X amount for a cleaning fee; the house was disgusting, the WiFi didn't work so the Roku TV didn't work as well. There was crusted over food on the baking sheets, grease on the pans and cups, dried food on the plates, wet food in the dishwasher, and the stove was covered in grease. There was a half smoked cigarette in the pantry, light bulbs were missing from some of the fixtures, only one TV actually turned on. I spoke with the customer...

"We are locals but were curious about these new cottages, so we booked a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We loved the individual parking spots, patio, screened porch, and the design of the cottage. We did not love being the first one along the road, but the noise wasn't bad enough to hinder us from sleeping well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We look forward to recommending the cottages in the future! There were some minor issues with cleanliness and something was wrong...

"My boyfriend, our dog, and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location about 5-8 minute drive to boardwalk. The screened in sun room on the front porch was my favorite part. It was clean and provided linens event though it states you have to bring them."

"We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again...

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. The view is excellent, and the rooms and surroundings are kept clean. My only issue was the heat and air conditioning needed to be fixed. Despite that, I would still recommend staying here—the staff is charming. "
