The service was great until the date before my departure from the hotel, my daughter was sleeping and unexpectly she start yelling that there was a insect in her skin, when i turned the lights on it was a hige roach . When I called the front desk they took too long to arrived , we were not able to sleep at all . When I asked for the manager the next day , he went inside his office and he sent a supervisor to talk to me, which I think it was very unprofessional , the only compesasion that I received was the cancellation of the resort fees .

Property had a beautiful pool, rooms were very nice. The lobby bar and lounge area was designed very good and live entertainment during happy hour was great. The gym needs to be bigger with more equipment to accommodate the large amount of guest your resort holds. Fitness is big now and if 5 people are in the gym there isn’t enough equipment to accommodate them at one time.

Property was good. Housekeeping was very poor needs improvement Day 1 only 3 sets of towels for a room that was paid for 4 occupants and only 2 bottles of bottled water, concierge said limited to 2 bottles. Day 2 No Kleenex, no cups . Day 3 They filled Kleenex box with 1/4 of tissues Making it look like it was full Day 4 no toilet paper Kettles in rooms need to be updated so slow. Carpet in room was only vacuumed once. Concierge not helpful every time we walked past they would keep eyes glued to computer absolutely no smile. I would say they need to have more local people working behind the desk. No greetings from inside staff. I found the staff at Palm beach shop more helpful especially Chiarrata, she had so much knowledge and would make a number one Concierge. Buffet and staff there were excellent.
