Upon arrival I returned to front desk to have ac vents cleaned, blowing dust that settled on bed cover. Also asked clerk to provide a remote for TV. Was told it will be brought up in 10 to 15 minutes. Went back to desk to ask for remote 1 hour later. Finally went a 3 rd time at 5pm the next day after returning from an outing for a tv remote. Received it at 7 that night. What was the problem?

Let’s just say it’s giving baddies of Hampton Va auditions. To start room was nice and big with a nice view. Now when we first arrived to the room the remote wasn’t working I tried to call front desk but there wasn’t a phone in the room. When searching for a phone I found trash in the drawers and cabinet. Ant came upstairs apologized fixed the tv and have us free breakfast. He was really nice and I appreciated that. The next issue was on the next night the fire alarm went off and we had to excavate the hotel via stairs. Not fun when you just had a procedure done on your knee. This is where the baddies audition scene comes in. While waiting for the all clear a fight from the pool party broke out. Security, police, drunk women, screaming, and apparently a security guard knocked a girl out that had to be taken out on a stretcher. Very eventful stay at this expensive hotel pretty disappointing honestly. I used to rave about this place now I have to seek out another hotel close to my parent’s house

This should not be considered a Tapestry property. It is very poorly maintained, the rooms are extremely dirty and in disrepair. The area is rundown and surrounded by vacant commercial spaces.I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away. (The staff is fine. but they’re not what you would expect with a tapestry establishment, etc….)

This hotel was noisy, someone came to my room the second night, front desk checked them into my room because they thought I checked out and I called them. They say they made a mistake. Smh that was crazy. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly. Bedding was lumpy. Refrigerator was not cooling, tv remote wasn’t working.

Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but it wreaked of smoke. The first room I was given was not in accordance with my reservation only had a king I reserved 2 queens. Second room I was given was not clean, hair was on the floor of the bathroom and the shower. Grateful I brought my own cleaning supplies. Disappointed in this Hilton option.
