My family was disappointed in the coldness shown by a few employees. Our first night stay in NY was here and it wasn't very pleasant. The beds are not good, my son and I woke up with horrible backaches. It was also the smallest hotel room bathroom I've been to. They offer free shampoo/conditioner and the conditioner bottle is a hard plastic that makes it nearly impossible to squeeze or get the conditioner out. You can also hear everything in the rooms next to yours, every time someone opens a door down the hallway you can hear it. The parking is so expensive. We stayed for 24 hours and 2 extra hours but they charged us for two full days, not the two extra hours. For 26 hours of parking, we paid $170 !!! It is a very overpriced hotel with a sub-mediocre quality experience.

Very conveniently located. The metro is just a minutes walk away. A lot of shopping and food nearby. Being close to everything means the area outside is crowded with people and i didn't like the cigarette and weed smoke. Not that the hotel can do anything about that.

Good location between Time Square and Central Park on 7th Avenue so not super crowded and crazy . Easy walk to many shops & restaurants . Great high rise expedience on 50th floor with beautiful Central Park view. Thanks for letting us check in around 12:30pm when 3 of us travel from LAX with 2.5 hours delay red eye flight 🙏

I paid for an upper level premium room and only got an upper level room. There were dried blood stains on the wall when you walk in, the bathroom lock was missing. There was supposed to be a full minibar with items to purchase but it was not only empty but locked as well. Other rooms that weren’t “premium” had mini fridges for food and drinks but this room did not. Also after house cleaning came by they folded and put a rather dirty towel on the shelf. Certain outlets didn’t work to charge electronics or even to turn on lamps. Could get a better room at a local motel. I would rate the room. 1.5/5 and overall stay a 2/5. Would not come back here.
