My room was right by the elevator and I heard the mechanics all night long. Was that because I booked through a 3rd party? Room was clean and everything that I required was there. Quick and easy walk to food and entertainment.

The staff were wonderful but the room was dingy and small. We were on the first floor tucked behind the elevator and I got the impression that it was not originally a regular room. We got a king size bed but the walkway to get around it was about a foot wide and required you to walk sideways to fit.

Property and staff were fantastic. Very helpful, polite and friendly. The only thing I would mention is that the shower curtain had some dark mold at the bottom. A very easy fix. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Everything was great except for you elevators went down for a little while which is no big deal. Great great breakfast love it love it love it great housekeeping awesome hotel I love you visit there again. Your hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in at Manhattan.

The hotel is definitely very, very dated - common areas, rooms - scream for a major update. It just feels run down and way below brand average. Extremely crowded reception and breakfast area. I did not even tried the breakfast since it was just crowded. Long waits for elevators. The surroundings, particularly at night, are not great - it is situated off beaten track and I can imagine a single person not feeling comfortable walking in the street the hotel is on at night.

Worse hotel stay in my life. Location is not bad but the room was funky. The staff was awful. They charged my card $1600 because they charged me for the deposit that I had already paid, the remaining balance and then the entire amount. When I complained about it, their response was "oh no worries, the charge will go back when you check out". Are you kidding me??? The staff also acts as if they don't understand English when you have an issue but I watched them talk perfect English to other guests. Never again!!!!
