The staff here were very friendly, but unfortunately the room was not as we expected. My biggest complaint was the window. The window in our room led to a restaurant on the other side, so it was mostly blocked off and very noisy late into the night the first night we were there. We like natural light and hated not having a window we could open the curtains to.

Love Jessie from the front desk and how responsive the cleaning and house keeping team were! They gave me great reccomendations upon arrival and I felt really taken care of and assisted. Room was clean and tidy despite the facilities of the building being slightly old. 4.5/5. A great value compared to other nearby options! I would stay here again

The staff was amazing! I would come back and stay just because of the front desk clerks. There was alot of restaurants within walking distance. The main time square area that you see in movies was only about a 10 min walk.

The hotel was in a decent location, it’s close to Times Square but lots of construction and homeless people in the area. The staff at the hotel was amazing, very kind and accommodating! The room could have been much worse but felt a bit dingy, and our hotel room window literally looked into a restaurant, like if someone was eating at a table they couldve knocked on our window. But definitely could’ve been worse for the money. 6.5/10

Truss Hotel is situated at walking distance of Broadway theaters. The room and the bathroom are renovated. The design is modern. Bonus : the rooftop is awesome ! Perfect place for a proposal ! (I got engaged there). Minus : the street noise (could be more insulated) I recommend it to all my friends.

Thought the room & bathroom were very cute. Really appreciated the coffee maker, microwave & fridge. We were always provided lots of towels & toiletries. Beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. It is on a noisy street. The roof top is very cool!

The front desk rep was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and bed was comfy and the location is convenient for walking to some of the main attractions in the area. The rooftop is beautiful, just need a little maintenance. Will definitely stay here again!
