Our flight got in late so we did not arrive until after midnight. As part of being an Expedia customer, the room we booked said that we could ask for upgrade. However, we did ask for an upgrade, but we were told there were no rooms available. Unfortunately, the room we got was in the corner and it was musty smelling the moment we walked in. However, the next morning, we had a very nice young lady who had excellent customer service skills, help us get a different room. Both she and a gentleman went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the new room.
