“This was overall a great property . It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was central to everything we needed. We had a lot of friends staying in the area and the house got very warm when there were more than 6 people in it. Even set at 70 we had the house get up to 77 degrees when people stopped by. The pool was really nice only problem was the neighbor was blasting music for two of the days we were out there. The house itself on the inside is very cozy and we had……

“The inside was clean, neat and updated furnishings. The kitchen was new and looks out to the beautiful pool. 3 comfortable bedrooms with 3 full baths. The home came with 4 bikes. The outdoor area was perfect! So pretty and private with beautiful palm trees providing shade. 4 beach chairs came with the rental amd nothing else. Unfortunately we had to purchase 2 small coolers and 2 umbrellas. Cant go to the beach with out those items. Most other homes came with those items- i giess i should have……

“The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. Suggest stocking a few bottles of water in the fridge as a starter package and some small sample soaps and shampoos Pool was really nice and location was nice. If it hadn’t been for the AC I……

We did not know enough about how to maintain the hot tub and when the hot tub drained the second night, it never filled back up and we were unable to use it. “My wife is a school teacher and had spring break for the week. We decide to get away somewhere not too far where we could bring our boat and two small dogs. It was heaven on Earth. Dolphins entertained us in the lagoon on several mornings and evenings. The house was spectacularly simple and so clean. Our hosts were on the spot with every question we had. “This property is exactly as pictured and listed. Its bright, airy and has plenty of seating inside and out for a full house. The location is ideal - close to the public beach access, grocery stores, restaurants and walking/running paths. Had a few minor hiccups during our stay which the host promptly addressed.
