"A group of 6 of us stayed here for the weekend during the OBX spring bike week. The location was extremely convenient to beaches, fishing piers, restaurants and entertainment, yet very quiet and safe. The property was well stocked with basically everything you needed for your stay. Be sure to check out the guest book (i couldn't find a pen to sign- probably the only thing i couldnt find) theres a ton of great area recommendations. I do wish the checkout was a little later than 10AM, but overall...

"This house is wonderful! The short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood make it a perfect location. The house itself is immaculate and cozy. All instructions are perfectly clear and communication is flawless. I really can't think of anything to improve here. If we visit the Outer Banks in the future, this will be the first place we look!"

"This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....
