Had a problem with check in. My room was supposed to be available at 4pm. I was running late with my arrival so I had dinner with my family and would check in after. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm only to find out that my room was not available. Finally at 9:30pm I was given my room key. Five plus hours after it was supposed to be available. This was the only negative with my two day stay.

The employees, and guests at this property are rude and racist. I’ve never experienced treatment like this in my life. Also, this is the nicest hotel in Myrtle Beach be aware that you will be badgered to purchase a time share and this property will be on display all day for people to tour in hopes of them buying into a time share.

Nice property, clean and good amenities. They really don’t care if your a Hilton honors member or a gold member of Expedia. Won’t give you a 1 hr extension on check out or perks. But it’s a great resort.
