"Beautiful hotel and great location. My only issue was that we were there for 5 days and had to call to get our room tidied / cleaned because their in room cleaning definitely isn’t consistent, and the one time they did show up without us having to call it was at 8pm? Our kids were crawling into bed. For the price of the stay you would expect better in room care, but otherwise the service is fantastic. The valet people are amazing! "
"Wonderful staff, clean, great neighborhood in the heart of Old Montreal, walkable, fun. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade, but that seems to be on the way already. Very family friendly with kinchenettes in rooms. Paolo is wonderful!"
"Lovely property to get away from the city. There’s nothing outside the hotel that is within walking distance, so plan to enjoy the hotel amenities and relax!"
