"A great stay in a great area! Close to the metro and bus stops, convenient if using the 747 bus from/to the airport. Walkable to Old Montreal, Eaton Centre and Place des Arts. The morning breakfast was the same everyday but it was a great choice to have. You can also get water and coffee during off hours. Staff is attentive and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. "

My only issue was that we were there for 5 days and had to call to get our room tidied / cleaned because their in room cleaning definitely isn’t consistent, and the one time they did show up without us having to call it was at 8pm? Our kids were crawling into bed. For the price of the stay you would expect better in room care, but otherwise the service is fantastic. The valet people are amazing! "

"Love love location right in front of the park. Staff is friendly and hospitable. No loud noise in the area. Only small detail, there is no elevator on property , so you must carry luggage’s up the stairs. Close walking distance to coffee shop and an ice cream parlor. "

"The room is great - spacious and a comfortable bed and a balcony with a nice view over the city. Nice cosy bathroom, but the lighting needs attention as there’s not enough light in the bathroom. I was almost showering in the dark. Breakfast is included which is rare in Canada, but the choices are limited. Also the hot food is made in a huge amount before service starts, which is ok at the start, but after 2 hours the scrambled eggs look nothing like eggs and are tasteless. At least it was...
