"Fantastic bedroom and great location. All very convenient with a very short walk to Newbury Street which is loaded with top shops and restaurants. Locked baggage storage downstairs is excellent. We had a problem with the door code not working on 4th day (caused us to miss a booked tour and lots of walking, Uber and stress) but was resolved by Sonder staff - this door issue caused a pint reduction on my feedback"

"In the room/unit, the living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping areas were spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms were very cramped, with no shelves to place toiletries near the sink, nor hooks to hang anything. The shower was spacious enough, and the shower pressure was great, but the toilet seat was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on in a hotel. While the Sunday morning check-out staff person was notably friendly, the Friday afternoon check-in staff people were the opposite. The...

"The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The windows are highly effective at blocking out noise from the busy street. As advertised, there is no elevator and no stove, but the air fryer provided is very convenient. The space is clean and quiet, with a good shower and a comfortable bed.
