"The Makati Diamond is always a pleasure to stay at. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the top floor is not to be missed if you like filipino cuisine. I look forward to my next stay."
"The service was great. I left tips for the housekeeping daily. They work very hard and appreciate the extra money. They will go above an beyond if you show them respect. Amazing stay!"
"My go to hotel when I am in the area. Great way to decompress from the city. But, do not have breakfast at the lobby lounge, it is overpriced and not good. "

5/5 Excellent
"
We chose this 5-star hotel for our one-night stay before hopping on an international flight back home due to its 15-minute proximity to Ninoy Aquino Airport, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience! The interiors blend traditional Thai concepts with modern luxury and convenience beautifully. The rooms are spacious and restful, featuring comfy beds, fast internet, and excellent water pressure. We even enjoyed a lovely view of the outdoor pool and green space.
In the morning, we indulged in the breakfast buffet, which offered an extensive selection of international dishes. The staff were personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. By the end of our stay, we felt pampered, energized, and ready for our grueling 12-hour flight back home."

"Rooms are spacious, the working desk is really appreciated, more when you are on a business trip, nice bedding, friendly staff, everything was perfect… BUT!! Improve the working conditions of the K9 dog at the entrance… poor dog got me thinking all week, extreme heat, working all day long, he look tired… without water sometimes… at least put him more shade and a fan or something… as a dog lover that k9 boy got me thinking the entire week!! Do something better for him Fairmont!! "
