I liked how helpful the bellman was and the fast response from the valet parking guy. I would like to give a special thank you to cesar the valet parking guy and to jose the bellman,these two guys work there ass off and are differently good for the hotel!

Hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and rooftop was amazing. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy with lots of homeless people, but as to be expected in downtown La.

Modern, urban design hotel. I booked a city view with a king bed. My room was on the 5th floor so you could hear street noises. The room was spacious. Everything you need is there, but it’s not a typical hotel, so some amenities are missing. The rooftop bar is fantastic, and there is excellent staff.

The only problem I had with the hotel was the lighting. The lighting is too dim and that’s throughout the hotel. I couldn’t see what I was signing when at the lobby desk. The other Big problem is the parking. Parking NOT free. They were asking for $54 a night to valet and park your car in an inside garage that was probably $10 cheaper if you park it yourself smh and that is still expensive. I had to park a block away for $25 overnight parking. Parking is NOT free smfh

DTLA is pretty gross and empty compared to other neighborhoods of LA yet finds a way to be as loud as a normal downtown at night. Facilities are clean and well kept, but very simple and utilitarian.
