"This house was perfect for 13 adults (we got cozy), tons of room for all and the backyard was excellent for hanging out. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook and grill out. Only issue was landscaping on the outside patio. Lots of weeds and grass was overgrown. Besides that, great place to stay."

The house was large enough everyone had their own spaces for privacy but the huge kitchen, dining, living space upstairs was perfect for gathering. The home provided everything we needed. Sadly, poor maintenance and age has left the villa dirty, damp raised floors, peeling and cracked kitchen units and dirty tattered upholstery. The outside around the pool is filthy; there are raised grates on the floor which are dangerous to little ones.The villa is easily large enough for 15 people but luxury is NOT how to describe this villa.
