“No issues with the property at all. The area it’s in appears to be undergoing a renewal of sorts. Looks like it will be nicer in the future or at least the potential is there. ”

“Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”

Having a kitchen was nice too. I loved the keyless entry! Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. ”

“Unit is a 5 minute easy drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very clean with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Furnishings were pleasant and we had no problems at all with booking, checking in or out. Would recommend if the Ark Encounter is your main destination.”

It was very nice to have a washer and dryer so we could do our laundry prior to returning home. We would definitely stay here again.”

“My sister and I stayed while on a sister’s trip. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated & very comfortable. We had a quick easy walk to Newport @ Levee and found some great dining options. The hosts went above & beyond with their transparent, quick communications and graciously enabled an early check-in after our travel plans changed.
