“Room was great. Only thing was during weekend the pool people came late and people working seemed to confuse when the pool opened. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes after the pool opened for them to finish testing the water and do the chemicals. This happened on Sunday and Monday.”

“Everything was wonderful. The staff was so helpful! We were there for a wedding and we had family gather in the courtyard. And after the wedding they helped us keep food in their refrigerator overnight. Check in and out was easy! ”

“First Impression when parking and walking into the entrance, I noticed many of the shades down and appeared to be broken. The shade in our room was also broken and could not be opened. I reserved on Expedia, I didn't realize or check that I was getting a handicap accessible room. On checkout I asked about the doorbell switch and then learned that it was special room and the shade was motorized and had been broken by someone that didn't realize that it was motorized. “The room has everything you need, plus a few extras. The room was very clean and comfortable. They have a pool, hot tub and place where you can buy drinks and snacks. I thought the price was well worth it and I would go back again. Plenty of dining option within a couple of miles. Right of the highway. Kudos to the staff. ”

“Though Watertown is smaller than Madison or Milwaukee, Heritage Inn still manages to be close enough to the Main Street for street noise to permeate the room. The bathroom is older but clean and effective. I picked it for its proximity to the other towns and this worked great for that. ”

“We really loved our stay. This was our first time using VRBO. Tammy noticed the weather was going to be crummy for our full day at the cottage and offered to let us come early. That made it so we were able to enjoy the lake for a full afternoon before the storms came in. We used the paddle boat and the kayaks to take a short family boat trip. There were tie outs and sheets for the furniture for the dog. The kitchen was stocked withmany essentials and the showers even had shampoo and soap……
