It appears that the HVAC units require an upgrade. Our 1st room had a broken central unit. Our 2nd room had a wall unit in the bedroom which couldn’t accommodate the living room.

Excellent hotel with great location visit New York. There is direct bus NJ-320 just across the street which takes you directly to Port Authority Bus Terminal. This hotel is the starting point of the bus and last stop while coming back from New York. All the staff members are very nice. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Amazing breakfast. I will definitely come back again.

Very clean room but building needs some remodeling. We stayed at the top floor and you can see on the hallway ceiling that there was a roof leak. Other than this we had a very pleasant stay.
